"Vietnam International Coatings Exhibition (Vina Coatings 2023)" will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from November 27 to 29, 2024. vietnam is one of the fastest growing Asian countries in recent years and is a star in the economic field. Gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 2.58 percent year-on-year in 2021. In 2022, Vietnam's economic growth is considerable, with a year-on-year growth of 8.02 percent, which is significantly higher than the target of 6 to 6.5 percent set at the beginning of the year.
as one of the fastest growing regions in Southeast Asia, Vietnam has attracted many regional and multinational paint manufacturers to establish production bases in the country. Due to the current low per capita consumption of coatings, it is expected that the growth of coatings in Vietnam will be very stable in the next few years. According to relevant statistics, as of the end of 2017, the output value of Vietnam's paint industry was about US $0.62 billion. Due to the vigorous development of the construction field in recent years, architectural coatings accounted for about 62% of the Vietnamese paint market. By the end of 2020, the scale market of Vietnam's paint and coating industry reached 16 million billion US dollars, which has steadily increased in the past five years (2016-2020). Coatings practitioners say the overall paint and coatings industry has seen a compound annual growth rate of between 5.5 and 6.5 percent over the five years. According to the Vietnam Coatings and Printing Ink Association, according to the Vietnam Coatings and Ink Industry Development Plan, the average growth rate of the output value of the coatings and inks industry will reach 14% from 2021 to 2030, and the output value of the coatings and inks sector will account for the proportion of the entire chemical industry from 11.5 in 2020 to 12% in 2030.
2023 exhibition has 350 enterprises participating in the exhibition. The four-day exhibition received more than 5000 professional visitors from Vietnam's chemical industry. The atmosphere of the exhibition was warm, the audience was professional and targeted. On average, each enterprise received about 50 Vietnamese customers on the spot, and many enterprises negotiated deals on the spot to achieve the expected results of the exhibition.
At the same time, the exhibition will hold the "Vietnam International Chemical Exhibition and China (Vietnam) Chemical Exhibition", which is the only professional chemical exhibition in Vietnam. It has been successfully held for 20 consecutive sessions and has a huge influence in the Vietnamese chemical industry.
