In terms ofcapacity layout, the core of the project is to move the original Ravago polyurethane machinery park to Kimpur's manufacturing base in Düzce. After system integration, the production base has an additional annual production capacity of 85000 tons, with a total production capacity of 280000 tons. It is worth noting that this technology migration not only realizes the digital increase of production capacity, but also builds a flexible production architecture through intelligent transformation-the redundant backup mechanism and automatic control module embedded in the system, which improves the energy efficiency by 27% and the comprehensive utilization rate of equipment exceeds the industry benchmark of 92%.
At the level oftechnological innovation, the production system has achieved three breakthroughs: first, it has built a digital control center for the whole process to realize real-time monitoring of 72 process nodes from raw material feeding to finished product packaging; Secondly, a modular production unit has been developed, which can quickly switch different product lines such as polyester foam, hard/soft polyurethane and prepolymer. Furthermore, a preventive maintenance system was established, and the failure rate of key equipment was 63% lower than that of the traditional mode. According to the production log, since the trial operation of the new reactor system in January, the stability test of the sandwich plate system (continuous operation for 412 hours) and the refrigeration unit (energy efficiency ratio of 4.8) has been successfully completed.
Themarket impact assessment shows that this strategic restructuring significantly enhances Kimpur's position in the industry. According to Chemical Market Analytics data, its polyurethane system capacity has occupied 32% of the market share in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, and its global ranking has jumped to the top five. Group CEO Cavidan Karaca stressed at the technology conference: "By building a scalable intelligent production platform, we can shorten the customer customized order response cycle to 72 hours, which lays the foundation for developing high-end applications such as auto parts and cold chain logistics.
