Following the successful holding of previous exhibitions, on the morning of March 18, the 3rd Hanoi International Food, Beverage, Bakery Equipment, Restaurant, Hotel and Service Provider Exhibition-Hanoi Food and Hotel Industry Exhibition 2025 was held at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center Officially opened. This is one of the trade promotion activities, which builds a bridge for domestic and foreign brands, food, beverage, catering, hotel and other industries to exchange, share experience and technology, so as to connect international trade and cooperation.

This is the third consecutive year that the food and hotel exhibition has been held. This year's exhibition was held from March 18 to 20, bringing together more than 170 domestic and foreign enterprises from India, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, South Korea, the United States, Hong Kong, Greece, Ireland, Malaysia, Norway, Japan, France, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, China, Australia, Uzbekistan, Italy and other countries.

As one of the trade promotion activities, the event has built a bridge for domestic and foreign brands, food, beverage, catering, hotel and other industries to exchange, share experience and technology, so as to connect international trade and cooperation.

Ms Annie Tran, senior manager of the Informa Markets Vietnam responsible for the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi food and hotel exhibition chains, said that the food and hotel exhibition is an "address" to provide advanced solutions and products for the restaurant, hotel, food, beverage and beverage equipment industries ".

The 2025 Hanoi Food and Hotel Exhibition is regarded as an important trade promotion event and a bridge to promote the "integration" of the food and beverage industry at home and abroad.

Ms. Annie Tran said that in addition to the exhibition space, Hanoi Food & Hospitality Expo 2025 has many interesting activities aimed at recognizing and incubating organizations, brands and individuals in the food and beverage industry.

Typical examples include the 3rd Hanoi Talent Chef Competition -2025, Barista Competition-Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) and Vietnam's only coffee aroma test competition-Vietnam Aroma Master Championship (VAC).

In particular, the Asia Outstanding Taste Award 2025-Vietnam's first prestigious culinary award with international certification value-will be held within the framework of the exhibition, which is expected to attract strong attention from the catering industry.
