DKSH acquires Singapore Zircon-Swis Fine Foods

DKSH has signed an agreement to acquire Zircon-Swis Fine Foods, a well-known food service distributor in Singapore.

With Zircon-Swis, DKSH has acquired a well-known food service provider in Singapore with more than 20 years of experience. The transaction is fully in line with the strategy of its consumer products business unit to expand secondary growth engines such as food services. Zircon-Swis is a food service distributor in Singapore, sourcing quality ingredients to ensure a stable supply of high quality products to HORECA channels (airline catering, hotels, restaurants, catering, etc.). The company's net sales were about CHF 8 million 1 and the profit margins were attractive. DKSH will acquire all of its businesses and fully integrate them into its own operations. The existing management team and staff will join DKSH and be part of the Consumer Goods business unit.
